This icon is at Wlison's Almanac website at &lt;a href="http://www.wilsonsalmanac.com/book/nov27.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.wilsonsalmanac.com/book/nov27.html"&gt;http://www.wilsonsalmanac.c...&lt;/a&gt;.  I would have posted more specific information about the icon, had the website provided me--that is, the Russian provenance and date, etc.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">William D.
